Refund Policy

Welcome to Trendy Twens and we always make sure that our shoppers have a good shopping experience with us. We would deal with refund or resend according to the following situation:

Product Damaged

If shoppers encountered damaged product, you must be able to provide pictures or videos of the product to prove. Please be note that the period of opening dispute is within 3 days for ordinary products and 7 days for electronic products. We unable to make a refund after the period stated. Hence, we advise shoppers to make dispute as soon as possible if the defected product was received. After we approved, we will make a fully refund or replacement for badly damaged product (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.)

Incorrect/ Missing Product

Again, provide us pictures or videos and we will reach back to you after reviewing. We would make a fully refund, replacement or resend the products depends on the shopper's decision. You could always approach us to get things resolved.

Order Not Received

Please be noted that we unable to provide refund if the tracking info marked as delivered. The possible reason is of shoppers not getting parcel may be:

a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

b) No such number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

Note:

*The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If the parcel still remains unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, shoppers need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, we takes no responsibility if products have been lost. 

Order Delayed

As our products are pre-order, we would appreciate your patience for your parcel takes time to ships. We will do our best to deliver on time, but factors outside our control that may causes delay. However, we would make a refund if the parcel is not arrive after 90 days counting from the order date.
