Q1. How long does the shipping takes?

For Western and most Southeast countries, It takes about 15 - 22 days to arrived as all of our products are pre-order. Please allowed duration of 3 to 5 weeks to deliver to other countries. 

Q2.  How do I track my order?

After making payment, we will notify you via email once the tracking no is generated. Please allowed 3 - 5 working days to process your tracking info in the shipping courier system. Do contact us if you have any issues with your tracking no.

Q3. Can I cancel or exchange the product of my order as I changed my mind?

Unfortunately, Trendy Twens are not allowed to cancel, exchange or refund order once you have made the payment. We advise shoppers to think carefully before placing an order.

Q4. What to do when I received damaged products?
